Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead client onboarding for fraud and compliance products. You will manage end-to-end integrations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and work hands-on with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical roles and 2+ years in B2B SaaS within payments, fraud, risk, or compliance. This role offers remote-first work with global teams and a focus on practical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, Forward Deployed Engineer) with strong execution skills and experience with multiple technical teams.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for Sardine's fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end onboarding support for clients during their onboarding process.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and overall support documents.
• Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives to design scalable solutions.
• Manage project timelines, risk, and deliverables to ensure successful deployments.
• Develop deep understanding of customer business problems to tailor solutions using Sardine technology.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders based on client interactions.

About the role

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment. This is a hands‑on role working closely with clients and internal teams, perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
• Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
• Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technology
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground

What you’ll need

• 4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, Forward Deployed Engineer) with strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
