Job summary

Martino Agency is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our food-service establishment in Singapore. You will manage front-of-house, ordering, cash handling, staffing, and customer service, while ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.

You will lead a team, train staff, monitor inventory, and coordinate with suppliers, leveraging POS systems and restaurant software to optimize performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food Service Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge and experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and restaurant or food service management software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
