Job summary

KENNETH & CO GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee daily food services store activities in Singapore. You will manage inventory, staffing, sales and compliance with safety standards to deliver consistent service quality.

You will lead a team, monitor performance and expenses, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate records to support reporting and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food services, retail operations, or F&B management.
• Proven leadership in supervising and coordinating teams to meet goals.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic sales reporting.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food services store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, storing, and monitoring food supplies and products to maintain stock accuracy
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate staff to ensure adequate manpower and effective task allocation
• Maintain consistent food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction through active monitoring and staff guidance
• Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, and stock levels to support and improve business profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance customer experienceCoordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, staff schedules, and daily operational activities for reporting and analysis
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency and overall store performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in food services, retail operations, or food and beverage management
• Leadership skills demonstrated by supervising and coordinating teams to achieve operational goals
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and basic sales reporting to support store operations
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements to ensure regulatory compliance
• Customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills applied to resolve issues and improve service quality
• Ability to work independently and manage daily store operations effectively
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
