LEE QUAN (WOODLANDS) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Food Court Supervisor to lead daily operations under the Operation Manager. You will ensure service consistency, oversee tenancy relationships, and maintain hygiene SOPs while meeting regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes staff training and development, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure during busy periods, with a focus on accurate daily sales and prompt service recovery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ F&B experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Detail oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time well.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage food court according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Advise and support tenants on operational needs and service consistency.
• Ensure daily sales are accurate and reconciled timely.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Ensure tenants adhere to hygiene SOPs.
• Liaise with tenants on stall matters.
• Assist with operations when manpower is short.
• Handle external parties for faster service recovery.
• Respond to customer queries and feedback.
• Ensure Safe Management Measures are in place.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Operation Manager and your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Direct and manage food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
• Ensure daily sales are accurate | Timely reconciliation
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Ensure the respective tenants on adhere to the hygiene SOP
• Liaise with tenants on stall matters
• Help to carry out operational duties when there is manpower shortage
• Dealing with external parties on issues for faster service recovery
• Answer customer queries/feedback
• Ensure Safe Management Measures is in place

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry
• Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and ability to work under pressure
