CULINARY PRODUCTION CENTER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable F&B Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily full food court operations, manage staff, schedule shifts and ensure smooth service during operating hours.

You will monitor food quality, hygiene, halal compliance, inventory, and cost control, while resolving customer feedback and on-site issues. Applicants should be prepared for long hours, weekends, and immediate start where possible.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B / food court supervisory or management experience is required.
• Able to manage team and arrange manpower under daily pressure.
• Familiar with local F&B hygiene standards and halal operation rules is a plus.
• Good communication, responsible, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to work long hours and on weekends/peak periods.
• Immediate start or short-notice availability preferred.

• Manage outlet staff including cleaners, cashiers and service crew; schedule shifts.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, kitchen hygiene and halal compliance.
• Handle inventory checks, stock replenishment, ingredient ordering and cost control.
• Resolve customer feedback and on-site operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with SFA food safety rules and SOPs.
• Assist in daily sales monitoring, simple reporting and outlet performance.

Job Description

• Oversee daily full food court outlet operations, ensure smooth daily business flow during operating hours


• Manage outlet staff including cleaner, cashier and service crew, arrange daily work shifts and duty allocation


• Monitor food quality, service standard, kitchen hygiene and halal compliance for all F&B items


• Handle daily inventory checking, stock replenishment, ingredient ordering and cost control


• Resolve customer feedback, complaints and on-site operational issues promptly


• Ensure full compliance with SFA food safety regulations and company standard operating procedures


• Assist in daily sales monitoring, simple report collation and outlet performance management

Job Requirements

• Prior F&B / food court supervisory or management experience is required


• Able to manage team, arrange manpower and handle daily operational pressure


• Familiar with local F&B hygiene standards, halal operation rules is an advantage


• Good communication skills, responsible, proactive and problem-solving mindset


• Able to work long operating hours and work on weekends/peak periods


• Immediate start or short notice is highly preferred

Working Terms & Salary

• Employment Mode: Full-Time


• Working Hours: 10 hours per day


• Rest Day: Weekly single day off


• Full-Time Monthly Salary: SGD 32 - 800 (based on working experience)


• CPF contribution for eligible full-time employees
