Plaza Premium Lounge is seeking an operations-focused professional to oversee day-to-day guest service delivery and ensure a high standard of service across outlets. You will supervise staff, manage rosters, and handle routine administration in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining hygiene, quality across food & beverage, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism while developing team knowledge and skills.

• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
• To supervise all staff members in their duties and encourage or reprimand as necessary.
• To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge.
