Job summary

ONSHORE FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards and support the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations.
• Manage and allocate duties to kitchen, service and general staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, work performance and discipline.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
• Monitor customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Check food preparation, storage and handling practices.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers or management for replenishment.
• Minimise food wastage and control operating costs.
• Assist with staff training and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinate with stall operators, kitchen staff and management to resolve operational issues.
• Support catering operations and large-volume orders when required.
• Prepare basic operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure the premises, equipment and dining areas are clean and well maintained.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations or a supervisory role.
• Experience in a food court, restaurant, catering business or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise a team and work independently.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Candidates with relevant food safety or F&B qualifications will have an advantage.
