Job summary

IPOH TASTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced F&B head to lead the Chinese cuisine kitchen, design menus, and manage day-to-day operations within budgetary guidelines.

You will recruit, train and appraise kitchen staff, ensure top-tier service and hygiene, and maintain high safety standards. Immediate start offered; 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Chinese kitchen and overseeing kitchen operations.
• Ability to manage F&B day-to-day activities within budget and standards.
• Experience designing menus and sourcing ingredients effectively.
• Strong stock ordering and inventory management skills.
• Willingness to start immediately and maintain high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain high service standards.
• Design menus and procure ingredients to meet guest needs.
• Lead and develop the F&B team through recruitment, training and appraisals.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Manage budgets and control costs while delivering quality.
• Work 6 days per week.

• Responsible for the efficient functioning of the kitchen operations
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• 6 days work per week.
