Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.

You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, maintain records, and monitor order status in Singapore.

Minimum O Level or equivalent; Diploma or Degree preferred, with 3+ years in customer service and strong MS Office and ERP familiarity valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level or equivalent; Diploma or Degree is preferred.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in FMCG or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with their queries and requests related to orders and services.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor and track order status to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
