Job summary

APEX PHARMA MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate in Singapore to handle phone enquiries, process orders, and liaise with Warehouse for delivery details. The role includes maintaining inventory records and providing admin support.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, with NITEC/ O Level/ Diploma, and strong English and computer literacy. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• NITEC/ O Level/ Relevant Diploma Courses.
• At least 2 years experience.
• English literate and Computer literate.
• Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous.
• Experience in customer service and/or call center will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers' phone enquiries and process orders via customer care hotline, email and sales orders.
• Ensure important information about special delivery is communicated with the Warehouse Team
• Maintain records of all inventory transactions according to the requirements of the organization
• Provide admin support such as filing and retrieval of documents when required
• Assist in performing annual stock-take
• Any other duties assigned by the Client Service Manager and Senior Operations Executive
