Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer service in FMCG/Food industry.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
• A proactive and positive team player with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp).
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues effectively, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse to support order execution.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor and track order status to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery standards.
