Job summary

Four Seasons Catering Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused service team member to deliver excellent floor service and beverage expertise in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain hygienic dining and bar areas while assisting with opening/closing duties. Prior F&B experience is valued; willingness to work flexible shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or bar experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and supporting daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Service

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food & beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks promptly

• Ensure tables and dining area are clean and well-maintained

• Handle customer requests and basic service issues

• Process payments using POS system

Bartending

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar area and equipment

• Ensure proper stock levels and assist in inventory checks

• Recommend drinks and upsell when appropriate

• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

Operations Support

• Assist in opening and closing duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

• Support teamwork across floor and bar operations

Requirements

• Prior F&B or bar experience preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
