Job summary

GAYATRI PTE. LTD. is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve beverages aligning with standard recipes and customer preferences. You will take orders, deliver friendly service, and maintain a clean bar area with organized stock and supplies.

The role requires knowledge of cocktails and bar service, with a focus on customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar food and beverage service role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar service, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

• Assist with stock counting, inventory control and reporting of damaged or missing items.
• Follow all company policies, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the restaurant team with other operational duties and maintain a professional appearance and high standard of customer service
