SATS Ltd. is seeking an Intern, Airline Relations Manager to support airline accounts and oversee operational matters at Terminal 4 in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating passenger services, ensuring SOP compliance, and delivering quality service across check-in, gates, and arrivals.

The internship involves planning staffing, coordinating airline stocks, and liaising with various departments to achieve KPI/SLA targets, while gaining exposure to aviation ground handling operations.

Qualifications

• Some people management experience is preferred.
• Sound aviation/ground handling operational experience.
• Good people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall account holder for airlines customers and main contact for operational matters.
• Manage day-to-day passenger services operations at check-in, gate, arrival areas.
• Ensure SOPs followed and service quality delivered.
• Submit daily operational and irregularity reports and follow up actions.
• Plan staffing levels and crew deployment to optimize resources.
• Coordinate airline stocks and supplies for operations.
• Work with operations units to meet KPIs/SLAs.
