Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and disseminate airline schedules to SATS departments, airline representatives and external units.
• Ensure movement messages are transmitted promptly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on crew requests.
• Coordinate with airline reps for AOG, delays or cancellations.
• Prepare and present crew briefing packages per airline policy/SOP.
• Coordinate fuel/weight restrictions and Zero Fuel Weight with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with SIN AIS and airline dispatchers for rerouting or irregularities.
• Inform hotels of crew names and flight details prior to arrival.
• Disseminate crew lists and allowance sheets to parties.
• Coordinate with airline hotels and transport for bookings and last-minute changes.

Job description:
Key Responsibilities

You will perform various Flight Operations duties for departing flights from Changi International Airport. The tasks are segregated as follow:

1. Flight Watch & Monitoring:
   1. Monitor and disseminate airline schedules to other SATS departments, airline representatives and external business units.
   2. Ensure movement messages are transmitted promptly.
   3. Coordinate with relevant department(s) on crew's request.
   4. Coordinate with airline representative for any AOG or flight delays / cancellation.
2. Flight Dispatch:
   1. Preparation and presentation of crew briefing package according to airline policy/SOP.
   2. Coordinate with relevant departments for any fuel / weight restrictions and Zero Fuel Weight.
   3. Coordinate with SIN AIS and airline's dispatcher in the event that flight rerouting is required or any irregularity.
3. Crew Scheduling / Management
   1. Ensure stipulated hotels are informed of crew names and flight details prior to crew's arrival.
   2. Ensure crew lists and allowance sheets (if any) are disseminated out to relevant parties.
   3. Coordinate with airlines' hotels and transport companies for bookings and any revision to departure details and for any last-minute arrangement when required.
