Job summary

WingsOverAsia PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Flight Operations Support Associate to serve as the point of contact for day-to-day flight operations, coordinate requests, and assist the Ramp team with hospitality and concierge services.

You will handle pre-flight paperwork, monitor flight progress, ensure safety compliance, communicate with managers, and support the FBO Manager in admin tasks while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5 days work week (Mon-Sun) or 44 hours with possible 24-on call, night, weekend shifts and holidays.
• Class 3 driving licence with clean record.
• Proactive, meticulous with strong safety mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Punctual with excellent customer service attitude.
• Pleasant, courteous and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day flight operations support duties and act as the contact point.
• Receive, track and coordinate requests for flight operations support including membership flight.
• Assist Ramp team with hospitality support and coordinating customer requests.
• Administrative support for pre-flight paperwork and airport/flight documents.
• Monitor flight progress and assist pilots as required.
• Coordinate logistics for private aircraft flight operations.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues.
• Update customers via email or text about flight status and updates.
• Promote a positive safety culture and participate in Safety & Quality Management.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and reporting hazards as required.
• Maintain safety guidelines and communicate with managers to manage schedules.
• Comply with airport authority and security requirements.
• Support other admin/operational duties as directed by FBO Manager.
