Jet Aviation Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Agent (Flight Operations) to be the first point of contact for passengers, crew, and visitors at our busy FBO.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate services, support pre-flight and post-flight activities, and ensure every arrival and departure is seamless and warmly managed.

The role requires a customer‑centric mindset, excellent communication, calm professionalism under pressure, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced aviation environment.
