World Fuel Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Aviation Operations Coordinator to support aviation customers across Asia-Pacific and globally.

The role blends customer interaction with real-time operational coordination in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will manage requests by phone and email while coordinating with suppliers, airports, and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely service. Strong communication, judgment, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in aviation operations or related fields
• Experience handling high volumes of phone calls and emails
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Ability to assess urgency and priority
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail and adherence to procedures
• Valid passport for travel if required

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests via phone and email from aviation clients
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Billing, Supply, Logistics, and Fuel Operations
• Monitor fuel availability and service impacts; communicate updates to customers
• Escalate issues following established procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and activities
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving 24/7 environment
