Scoot is seeking a Specialist, Flight Operations – Technical, Regulatory and Projects to join the Technical, Regulatory and Projects team in Singapore. You will provide Regulatory, Administrative and Technical support for flight operations and assist with project coordination.

You will maintain manuals, liaise with authorities, and support management pilots with regulation changes. Fresh graduates welcome; strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory, administrative and technical support for flight operations.

You will be part of the Technical, Regulatory and Projects team and will be key to providing technical support for line operations, regulatory applications and project management. You will lead and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure success in the role.

Job Description

Specialist, Flight Operations – Technical, Regulatory and Projects
You will be working in Scoot Flight Operations Department to provide Regulatory, Administrative and Technical support.

Technical:

• Render operations and engineering related technical support in the day-to-day running of the Scoot aircraft fleets.
• Keep operations manuals such as Airplane Flight Manuals, Flight Crew Operations Manuals, Minimum Equipment Lists, Electronic Forms, etc. for the various Scoot fleets up to date and seek approval from the authority.
• Work with various departments, authorities and aircraft manufacturers on operational and technical matters pertaining to flight operations.
• Assist the management pilots with operational instructions to flight crew in respect of aircraft configuration changes, regulation changes, etc.
• Focal for all Foreign and Local regulatory applications.
• Administrator of various Flight Ops systems.
• Administrate the iPads issued to all crew for operational use.
• Administer Electronic Flight Folder Application.
• To produce monthly fuel reports using Data Analytic system and tailor fuel reports for new initiatives.
• Coordinate E-OPS projects and initiatives.

Administrative:

• Ensuring all invoices received by Flight Operations are entered accurately into the accounting system with the required documents. This includes reviewing invoice postings, invoice description and other details.
• Validate overflight invoices to ensure accuracy of invoices.
• Ensure proper documentation for all overflight charges and general invoices
• Liaise with Finance team to ensure timely payment
• Handle and perform UAT on invoice processing systems.
• Tracking of Flight Operations Correspondences
• Provide administrative and documentation support to Flight Operations for document uploads, correspondences, paperwork and inventories.
• Undertake Flight Ops Procuring Function such as contract vetting and negotiation with suppliers.
• Any other administrative tasks that may be assigned.

Required Skills

• Preferably a Degree in related field.
