• Manage visas and ensure adherence to staff certification laws.
• Track incoming and outgoing invoices related to crew tasks.
• Verify qualifications and paperwork before crew onboarding.
• Oversee efficient crew operations, changes, recruitment, and retention.
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.
