Job summary

Scoot is seeking a Specialist, Flight Operations – Technical, Regulatory and Projects to join the Technical, Regulatory and Projects team in Singapore. You will provide Regulatory, Administrative and Technical support for flight operations and assist with project coordination.

You will maintain manuals, liaise with authorities, and support management pilots with regulation changes. Fresh graduates welcome; strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree required or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge in XML is an advantage.
• MS Office proficiency is required.
• Interest in aviation industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory, administrative and technical support for flight operations.
• Maintain and update manuals and forms for Scoot fleets, seeking regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with authorities and manufacturers on operational/technical matters.
• Assist management pilots with instructions on configuration and regulation changes.
• Serve as focal point for regulatory applications and administrate flight ops systems.
• Produce monthly fuel reports and tailor reports for new initiatives.
• Coordinate E-OPS projects and initiatives.
• Handle invoicing and liaison with Finance for timely payments.
• Provide general administrative support and document management for Flight Operations.
