Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles for customers and rentals
• Check vehicle cleanliness and exterior/interior condition before handover
• Identify vehicles due for servicing and coordinate schedules with the team
• Deliver and collect vehicles for servicing or maintenance
• Arrange annual statutory inspections for vehicles
• Record vehicle movements and replacement details accurately
• Assist customers with accident report submissions and report incidents
• Maintain daily petrol consumption records
• Ensure all documents are completed and signed before handover
• Provide daily updates on task completion and work status to the team
• Perform adhoc duties as assigned
