Job summary

Ferrari Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an operations coordinator to support home delivery logistics in Singapore. You will process customer bookings, assign jobs via TMS, and monitor vehicle movements to keep deliveries on schedule.

Role requires strong planning, communication, and collaboration with internal teams and delivery crews. Minimum 3 years’ related experience and the ability to liaise with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a related role.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Able to communicate efficiently with stakeholders.
Strong planning skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensuring accuracy on job performance.
Ensuring customers requirement are fulfilled.
Ensuring fully compliance for Standard operating procedures on security arrangements.
To process customer booking via our web portal.
To assign job to device via TMS web portal.
To update vehicle daily movement via google sheets.
To send vehicle daily movement to delivery crews via mobile apps.
To monitor vehicle location via our GPS portal.
To constantly communicate with delivery crews in a timely manner, to ensure orders are on schedule for pick up / delivery.
To ensure all HOME delivery orders are completed within their required windows.
To update customers or internal department if any delay.
To liaise with internal department for all freight terminal related matters.
To resolve operational problems encountered by delivery crews with customers.
To inform delivery crews on specific customer requirements.
To check emails regularly and acknowledge customer’s booking request.
To arrange AETOS/CISCO escort upon customer request.
To input internal remarks in in-house system for any additional service such as standby, overtime, uncrating or manpower supply for accounting purposes
To plan vehicle schedule and delivery crews reporting time for the next working day
To update delivery crews overtime report daily for payroll purposes
To schedule vehicles for servicing / repairs / LTA inspection
To collect and maintain daily vehicle inspection checklist for audit purposes
To report vehicle accident to manager immediately
To maintain transport petty cash and send report to Finance every month end – applied to Senior Traffic Controller
To review the schedule and routing when needed in a very efficient and cost-effective manner
To attend to visitor registration in office
To perform additional ad-hoc tasks/projects as required
