The role involves managing guest experiences, coordinating showroom visits, driving traffic with business developers, and using SAP HANA for inventory and a CRM (Salesforce) for appointments and follow-ups. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years work experience in showroom/retail environment.
• Fluent English and Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every guest providing the best customer experience.
• Manage showroom walk-ins and booked visits, assisting the team.
• Collaborate with Business developers to increase showroom traffic.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to register appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain showroom to high company standards with suppliers for maintenance.
• Manage marketing tools and ensure availability of catalogs, samples, and branded items.
• Process local warehouse orders using SAP HANA.
• Plan and support events (about 2 per month).
• Handle general inquiries by email/phone and assist with samples shipments.
