Job summary

AXISOFT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Pre-sales Consultant to align client needs, technical solutions and sales goals in Fintech. The role spans demand analysis, client relationships, solution positioning and deal facilitation, acting as a bridge between clients, sales and development.

Candidates with financial operations insight and a solid tech architecture understanding are valued; CFA charter holders or candidates progressing through CFA exams will be given preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• ≥3 years as Business Analyst/Pre-sales Consultant, with Fintech experience preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC; basic Java/SQL; financial system experience (e.g., risk management, core banking).
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, sales drive, stress resistance and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales & Deal Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to understand client needs, drive deal closure, and provide relevant technical pre-sales support.
• Solution Design: Design feasible solutions based on client needs; prepare proposals, PoC and conduct demonstrations.
• Client Relationship: Build long-term client relationships, identify pain points and ensure positive feedback.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to align solutions with technical feasibility and guide related demand discussions.
• Change & Upsell: Handle client-related changes, optimize solutions and identify potential upsell opportunities.
• Governance: Follow company project management and governance framework.
