AXISOFT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-facing Solution Consultant to join its fintech-focused team in Singapore.

You will design solutions, provide consulting, and support pre-sales as you engage with banks and financial institutions. The role emphasizes translating business needs into scalable architectures, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering, and building long-term client partnerships across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years as technical business/systems analyst in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Solution Consultant to join an established fintech solutioning firm. This candidate will handle aspects of solution design, consulting, and pre-sales support, requiring both strong technical depth and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external business stakeholders.

You will play a key role in understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and supporting projects from sales cycle through to implementation, particularly within the Singapore financial services landscape.

Responsibilities

1. Engage clients directly: Understand functional/technical needs, challenges, and regulations

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Experience: 5+ years as technical business/systems analyst in fintech, banking, or financial services, with hands-on experience in:

1. Application solution design
2. Database design and data modelling
3. Driving of analysis and design sessions with Client
4. Client-facing consulting or implementation roles
5. Stakeholder Management: Drive design sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
6. Technical Skills: Ability to understand designs related to logical and physical architecture diagrams and microservices architecture
7. Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
