Avaloq is seeking a motivated Solution Consultant for our Singapore team. You will play a key pre‑sales role, shaping solutions with sales, account management and delivery teams to address complex regulatory and business challenges.

You will engage with top financial institutions, lead discovery, demonstrations and RFI/RFP processes, and collaborate across geographies to ensure feasible, client‑centric outcomes. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in solution consulting or equivalent client-facing role in banking/FinTech.
• Exceptional communication; able to engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong banking and wealth mgmt domain knowledge with business impact.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business narratives.
• Experience leading RFI/RFP processes with competitive positioning.
• Demonstrated consultative selling mindset with client needs analysis.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination across sales, product and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and management to translate client objectives into value‑driven solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions; coordinate with architects, pricing, and delivery for feasibility.
• Deliver product demonstrations and executive presentations focused on business outcomes.
• Manage RFI/RFP processes with clear, well‑structured responses.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to position offerings.
• Support new client acquisition and expansion with a consultative approach.
• Ensure solution scope, assumptions and dependencies are clearly documented.
