Job summary

Teciem, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative in Singapore. You will qualify leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and collaborate with Marketing to convert opportunities into a strong pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of B2B phone sales experience, a track record of meeting goals, and excellent communication skills. You will work with Marketing and Sales teams, participate in events, and maintain forecasting data.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
• Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
• Account Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Work closely with the marketing department to message clients effectively.
• Maintain sales forecasting data in the sales reporting system.
• Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
• Attend user group meetings and trade shows as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
