Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to join a structured training program and quickly become a consultant for fintech solutions.

You will manage client accounts, tailor workflows with FactSet data, and deliver training to individuals and groups while building strong relationships. After training, you’ll take on more responsibility, including visiting clients, solving complex questions, and contributing to longer-term projects.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or finance professionals with <3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS or Computer Science (or related) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of FactSet’s products, clients, and industries.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in person while building relationships.
• Identify client needs and craft solutions using FactSet tools and workflows.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and provide training to individuals and groups.
• Visit clients regularly to provide face-to-face support and training.
• Lead or contribute to longer-term client projects to maximize value of the platform.
