Job summary

MarketAxess Singapore is seeking a performance-driven sales professional to help expand adoption of our electronic fixed-income platform in Asia. You will build and manage client relationships across buy-side and sell-side institutions, with a focus on driving trading activity and net-new revenue.

You will collaborate with regional teams to target top clients, travel regionally, and deliver insights that deepen engagement. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in financial markets are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant sales experience within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income market structure and buy‑side/sell‑side interaction.
• Prior experience selling data, trading technology, or analytics solutions is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification; specialist training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive increased adoption and usage of the MarketAxess trading platform among clients and accounts based in Singapore.
• Develop new client relationships and manage, deepen, and retain existing client relationships across MarketAxess product segments.
• Effectively position and market MarketAxess products and services to increase client trading activity and achieve volume targets.
• Manage client relationships in line with MarketAxess’ corporate strategy, governance standards, and commercial objectives.
• Conduct regular client engagement through calls, meetings, and onsite visits; assess engagement effectiveness and adjust coverage accordingly.
• Travel regionally and internationally as required to visit clients, attend conferences, and engage with MarketAxess offices.
