Job summary

FactSet Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to drive large client implementations across Buy Side analytics solutions. You will collaborate with project teams, leverage deep product knowledge, and deliver scalable workflows while ensuring client success.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to guide deployments, manage data integration efforts, and provide training to maximize adoption and value for financial professionals worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with FactSet’s Analytics tools is required.
• Experience in FactSet Analytics implementation projects is a plus.
• Strong technical background with analytical rigor and problem solving.
• Highly detailed with the ability to see the big picture and drive outcomes.
• Proactive ownership, initiative, and accountability for client success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• CIPM, CFA, FRM, or pursuing one is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large implementation and transformation programs at clients with high quality.
• Act as senior sponsor for strategic client implementations.
• Deliver complex buy-side solutions using FactSet product knowledge.
• Develop scalable, maintainable client workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with data integration teams on ETL of client data.
• Provide training and support, documenting solutions for supportability.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support and identify process improvements.
