FactSet Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Client Solutions Associate to join a dynamic FinTech team in Singapore.

You will undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program to prepare you for client-facing responsibilities, handling a multimillion-dollar book within a year, and potentially leading tech projects that support the asset management industry. You will engage with top domestic and global financial institutions, learn product knowledge, and deliver tailored solutions across our suite,

Qualifications

Singaporean Citizen/PR required.
Fresh graduates or finance professionals with <3 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science.
Strong interest or background in Finance or FinTech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Developing deep knowledge of the business, products, and clients.
Communicating with impact in person and over the phone; mastering presentation skills.
Asking effective questions to gather information and create solutions.
Defining key industry terms and concepts for FactSet's clients.
Using product knowledge to identify solutions in client workflows including Excel modelling and portfolio analysis.
Managing a group of accounts and ensuring maximum value from FactSet software.
