Job summary

FactSet Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Lead Implementation Specialist to lead large client implementations, applying extensive knowledge of FactSet analytics to deliver complex buy-side solutions. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure scalable workflows, and partner with data integration to optimize client data use.

The role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders, independent work capability, and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities during implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Experience in FactSet Analytics implementation projects is a plus.
• Strong technical background.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
• Enthusiastic with initiative and ownership.
• Ability to work independently and with global teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CIPM, CFA, FRM, or pursuing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large implementation and transformation programs at clients with high quality.
• Act as the senior resources and sponsor for strategic client implementations.
• Combine industry experience and FactSet product knowledge to deliver complex buy-side solutions.
• Develop scalable, maintainable workflows for clients.
• Collaborate with data integration teams to extract, transform, and load data for use in FactSet.
• Act as an expert across FactSet analytics products.
• Coordinate with project management to communicate progress and manage scope.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients effectively.
