Job summary

Integral Software Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to drive pre-sales and post-sales engagement for FX, crypto, and related trading technology solutions.

The role requires deep market knowledge and the ability to articulate value to prospective and existing clients in a global, multilingual context. Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to implement and optimize technology platforms, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FX/crypto trading technology or fintech solutions.
• Deep knowledge of FX markets incl. spot/forwards/swaps/options.
• Experience in pre-sales, client-facing technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Multilingual ability: English plus French/Italian/Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements and propose tailored FX, Metals, CFD and Crypto technology solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, PoC engagements, and technical deep dives.
• Develop presentations and solution proposals to articulate value of Integral’s solutions.
• Work with product and technology teams to align client needs with capabilities.
• Serve as SME on financial technology trends, markets, and workflows.
• Oversee implementation, onboarding, and integration with client systems.
• Provide clear solutions documentation to convey customer objectives to delivery teams.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to address technical and operational challenges.
• Monitor client usage, collect feedback, and contribute to product enhancements.
• Foster long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities within Integral’s ecosystem.
