The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry (METI) is seeking a proactive Finance Transformation professional to lead the transformation of finance processes, drive digitisation and automation, and provide data-driven insights for policy-making in Singapore. Qualifikationen

• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience in finance/transformation/analytics within the Singapore Public Service; knowledge of related policies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with government financial platforms (e.g. NFS@Gov, HRPS, IBudget 2 and Fi@Gov) and/or automation/data visualisation tools (UIPath, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills; meticulous with data and processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal business units and stakeholders.

• Drive Finance Division’s transformation efforts, including streamlining and refining/digitising finance processes and automation.
• Leverage digital tools and data to enhance business processes and provide insights for policy-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to create value from quantitative datasets and analyse emerging trends.
