Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Singapore seeks a Finance Transformation Manager/Senior Manager to lead improvements across Finance processes and operating models. You will collaborate with Directors and Partners on proposals, shaping digital finance strategies and governance.

The role focuses on optimizing end-to-end finance functions, data standards, and leveraging automation, AI, and machine learning to deliver client value in a global context.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and major Finance processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report).
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and map current-state processes through client interviews and walkthroughs.
• Analyze, optimize and redesign end-to-end Finance processes and supporting technology.
• Support automation of Finance processes using RPA, AI and ML.
• Lead research and gather internal knowledge to provide value-adding recommendations.
