Job summary

A leading community service organization in Singapore is looking for a Finance Executive responsible for preparing financial statements and maintaining cash controls. Duties include preparing for audits, budgeting, and monitoring cash flow. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ACCPAC is essential. This role requires someone meticulous, self-motivated, and a strong team player, ready to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a finance executive or in a similar role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and yearly Financial Statements, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits.
• Coordinate inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
• Monitor the Centre's cash flow.
• Ensure records of GST are maintained.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
