Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a diligent Finance Associate to manage daily accounting activities, including premium reconciliation, commission processing and monitoring insurance accounts.

You will support monthly and year-end closings and ensure accuracy of financial records and documents. You will work with internal teams to improve processes, maintain SAP Business One data, and assist in automating routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, especially full sets of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good computer skills; SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations, including premium reconciliation, commission processing and monitoring of insurance-related accounts.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring financial records and supporting documents are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in improving finance processes and workflows, working with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
