Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a meticulous finance professional to manage daily accounting tasks. You will process supplier and customer invoices, payments, receipts and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.

Other duties include bank reconciliations, journal entries, month‑end closing, intercompany reconciliations, audit support, and maintaining well‑organised electronic records, with a focus on timely, accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process daily supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, receipts, and credit notes.
• Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and ensure the required approvals are obtained.
• Prepare payment vouchers, bank transfers, and staff reimbursement claims.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue customer payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting entries in Xero.
• Assist with journal entries, month-end closing, account schedules, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Compile financial records and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to resolve routine accounting matters.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised electronic accounting files.
• Support other finance and accounting activities as assigned.
