Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a diligent Finance Associate to manage daily accounting activities, including premium reconciliation, commission processing and monitoring insurance accounts.

You will support monthly and year-end closings and ensure accuracy of financial records and documents. You will work with internal teams to improve processes, maintain SAP Business One data, and assist in automating routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, especially full sets of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good computer skills; SAP Business One.

• Maintain finance-related information in SAP Business One and support opportunities to streamline or automate routine processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and other parties when required, while handling other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, especially full sets of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good computer skills; SAP Business One.
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented with good communication skills.
