• Perform month-end closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconcile general ledger
• Liaise with bankers for banking transactions
• Liaise with subsidiaries
• Liaise with external auditors on year IFRS reporting package
• Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax submission and draft tax computation
• Preparation of GST return
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Stock reports
• Corporate Secretarial matters
• Other ad-hoc reports or duties as assigned
