Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payment requests, staff reimbursements and expense claims.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.
• Provide general finance and accounting support as required.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
