Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an accounting professional for day-to-day operations including accounts payable, AR collection, and month-end closings. The role is an on-site 1-year contract with a strong focus on accurate record-keeping and timely payments.

You will maintain the cashbook, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and assist with SST and corporate tax processes. Diploma in Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

Competenze

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in day-to-day accounting operations including AP and cash receipts.
• Familiarity with month-end closing and journal entries.

Mansioni

• Handle daily accounting operations (AP, cash receipts).
• Perform month-end closing, journal entries for accruals/prepayments and adjustments.
• Monitor AR collection and payable aging; reconcile accounts and process vendor payments (incl. overseas).
• Assist with SST tax return, corporate tax matters, and cashbook updates weekly.
• Coordinate with operations, other departments, auditors, and tax agents as needed.
