Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated finance professional to manage monthly closings, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting. You will support statutory reporting, audits, tax, GST compliance, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

The role covers AP/AR, intercompany transactions, cashflow monitoring, and treasury reporting.

Qualifications

• Monthly closing, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial schedules.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, intercompany transactions, and ageing reviews.
• Support statutory reporting, audit, tax, and GST-related activities.
• Prepare financial reports, analysis, and management information as required.
• Assist with cashflow monitoring, treasury reporting, and cashflow projections.
• Coordinate with internal departments and shared service teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.
• Support finance system implementation, data migration, validation, and UAT activities.
• Assist with finance-related projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
