Job summary

ID ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and accurate reporting. You will handle AR/AP, payroll, asset registers, and assist with month-end, year-end, and audits.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of full accounting experience and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Independent, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of full accounting experience.
• AR and AP experience in a project-based environment.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions in the accounting system following double-entry principles.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, monitor balances and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation per policy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with accruals and prepayments.
• Ensure payroll entries are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation tracking.
• Prepare financial reports for management review and analysis.
• Prepare documentation for banking transactions and related processes.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors, banks and regulators when required.
• Utilise financial systems and tools to support data analysis and reporting.
• Support finance-related projects, system implementations or testing.
• Carry out other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties.
