Job summary

DCONSTRUCT PLUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day transactional finance, payment-platform administration and project finance operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to accurately capture revenue, costs and cash flow while improving financial workflows.

The role offers hands-on responsibility in a growing project-based business, with opportunities to expand processes as the organization scales. Experience in similar industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
• Experience with billing, collections, payments and reconciliations would be advantageous
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting systems
• Commercially minded and proactive with ability to link numbers to business outcomes
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with payment gateways, merchant platforms or POS systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Finance Operations: billing, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations and financial records.
• Revenue & Collections: monitor revenue, billing requirements, receivables and collections with cross-functional teams.
• Payment Platforms & POS: manage settlements, fees, refunds and chargebacks across gateways and POS systems.
• Project Finance: track project revenue, costs, budgets, cash flow and profitability.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: support PO/invoice matching and payment processing.
• Reporting & Controls: assist with month-end closing, analysis and internal controls.
• Process Improvement: identify gaps and develop scalable financial workflows.
• Business Support: collaborate across Finance and other teams on financial matters.
