Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager on a 6-month contract, convertible to permanent based on performance. You will oversee daily operations, leading teams to ensure timely processing and compliance with statutory regulations.

The ideal candidate must be an ACCA/degree holder in Accountancy with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in the Securities industry. Strong leadership and effective communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Securities industry.
• Ability to lead and work independently and diligently.
• Effective communication skill with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily BAU for Finance Operations function and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the Payments & Cashiers teams for timely processing.
• Work closely with Financial Reporting Team to ensure data accuracy.
