Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience in finance/sales operations and billing is advantageous.
- Good numerical ability and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Able to communicate with Sales, Finance and operations teams; proactive and CAN-DO attitude.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and timely.
- Prepare and issue invoices per contractual terms and billing schedules.
- Track outstanding billing items and follow up for timely invoicing.
- Track project revenue, costs and profitability; support revenue recognition.
