Job summary

SP Group seeks an Associate Executive, Finance to support the Finance Operations team in Accounts Payable and cash flow activities during a six-month maternity cover. You will ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, vendor payments and employee claims, while maintaining compliance with financial policies and internal controls.

You will assist in month-end closing, supplier reconciliations and respond to payment-related queries to uphold accuracy of financial records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process AR billings, aging, collections and reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Monitor overdue AR accounts and follow credit control strategies.
• Assist in debt recovery and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
• Record supplier invoices, aging, payments and reconciliations for AP.
• Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts for group/company levels.
• Support month-end closing and regulatory/compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal partners and financial institutions.
