Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an Accounts Payable/Finance Operations professional to manage expenditure processes, claims processing, and timely payments. You will collaborate with divisions and ensure accurate month-end closings while upholding internal controls.

The role requires proficiency in Excel with SAP/Concur experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/finance ops or shared services preferred.
• Proficient with Excel; SAP/Concur experience advantageous.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and well organised.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for assigned divisions on expenditure processes.
• Review and process employee claims in inhouse Claims app and SAP Concur.
• Process invoices and payments, including staff vouchers and transfers.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities with accruals and reconciliations.
• Review data analytics reports and follow up on anomalies.
• Support audits, reporting and ad hoc finance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain stakeholder relationships.
